Bookkeeping –
data entry in MYOB
You can send me
everything you need to in express post on the
same day of each month. I
arrange my schedule to do your data entry on the
same day of each month. You
will receive the current financial statements each month with all
required and appropriate documentation being returned. You can keep
your books after I finish filing everything, or I can keep them under
lock and key to be sent directly to the accountant at your request. All
the accountant needs is your data file and documentation. And then you,
of course!
Routine
and simple!
Bookkeeping, it just
doesn’t get an easier than this!
Training – in MYOB or
excel
My computer or yours?
Usually yours is better. I find that 3 hours learning any new computer
program is enough so I have a minimum charge rate for 3 hours. We will
discuss before hand what modules you will need to cover to best utilise
our time together.
Everyone is different so
it is hard to estimate how much time is needed. You can always call me
when you get stuck.
We can even arrange a
session over the phone for one hour or so.
Support – 24/7
That’s right! If you
can’t get to the books until the kids are in bed, if you get stuck –
call me. Call me anytime you need to. If I am unavailable, I will call
you back at my first available convenience.
Rates
– Currently $70.00 per hour.
Travel – for more than
one hour is an additional $20.00.
I am no longer GST
registered so my rate is just $70.00 per hour. No extra charge for
support unless the calls are over ˝ an hour, please see
consulting agreement.
Benefits of using my
services:

The use of my
templates will save more than ˝ a day creating each one including:
purchase orders, invoices, and payslips. MYOB is a little
antiquated in this arena. I have set up a number of templates to
get you started. After all
time is money.

You don’t have to
purchase the actual MYOB program until you are ready. You fall
under my registration if you use me as your bookkeeper, otherwise
you will have to purchase MYOB on your own.
